Nature Informed Therapy
Nature Informed Therapy, also known as Ecotherapy or Nature Therapy, is a therapeutic approach that draws upon the restorative powers of nature to support emotional and mental well-being. It goes beyond simply spending time outdoors—it incorporates nature as an active participant in the therapeutic process.
Whether through guided nature walks, mindfulness practices in outdoor spaces, or even simply integrating nature metaphors in sessions, this therapy encourages individuals to reconnect with the natural world in a meaningful way. Nature itself becomes a resource for reflection, healing, and personal growth.

A Nature Group for Grown-Ups Who Need a Reset
Tired of sitting inside talking about your stress?
Let’s walk it out, breathe it out, and let the trees do some of the heavy lifting.
This group is for anyone who’s craving connection — to nature, to others, and to themselves. We’ll gather outside each week for simple nature informed practices, real talk, and a little nervous system magic (without the fluorescent lighting).
Expect slow walks, grounding rituals, laughter, moments of quiet, and maybe even a pinecone or two.
